The existing visual identity failed to resonate with the target audience and stand out in the market. To address this, I developed a new grunge-based aesthetic that positioned the gym as a fun and approachable community for people to learn and grow. This unique direction, with its distinct colors and textures, was a deliberate antithesis to the impersonal feel of corporate gyms, making the brand more welcoming and memorable.
Building a Consistent Social Presence

A sporadic online presence created missed opportunities for engagement and audience growth. To solve this, I developed a consistent social media strategy. Content like dynamic reels and informative carousels was crafted to showcase the welcoming community and reinforce the brand's fun, approachable personality, building a genuine sense of connection and acceptance online.
Redesigning the Website for Impact

The previous website suffered from a poor UX/UI that directly hindered critical sales goals. To tackle this, I completely redesigned and developed the gym's website using Figma and Framer. The design prioritized a non-intimidating, welcoming user experience that streamlined navigation and made it easy for beginners and families to find class and membership information, directly supporting the gym's objective of increasing sign-ups and new memberships.
